President

Rebecca Bustamante is the founder of
Chalre
Associates Executive Search and responsible for operations of the
company. She is considered one of the most accomplished female
entrepreneurs currently working in
Philippines.
Rebecca
Bustamante's business achievements have been the subject of articles in the
Philippine Enquirer, BusinessMirror, Manila Bulletin (Panorama), MOD magazine,
Woman’s magazine, Baby magazine, Philippine Mirror, He & She
magazine and TV4. She is a former Vice President of the Canadian
Club of the Philippines and has played a key role on the organizing
committee of the "Canadian Snow Ball," one of the largest annual
social events in Philippines.
Rebecca began her 20-year career in
Canada. Her most recent position was
Senior Sales Director for a large
international cosmetics organization. Some of the many awards she
received from the company over a period of years included: Top
Rookie Sales Director for
North America, Top 10 Unit Sales Award Canada (for each year of service), Top
10 Personal Sales Award Canada (for each year of service). Because of her success, Rebecca was regularly asked
to provide training presentations for up to 500 people at
national company functions.
Ms. Bustamante has been a developer of talent for many
years. Since relocating to
Philippines in 2000
to start her own business, she has conducted training seminars for
groups of up to 150 people. She is a regular training consultant
for the Canadian Embassy in Philippines. Some other organizations

Richard is a
featured presenter for Asia region conferences and provided Keynote
Addresses for the following international expositions: HR Shared
Services & BPO (Singapore), Successful Shared Services (Singapore),
Executive Compensation & Benefits EXPO (Singapore).
He is a columnist
and thought leader for a host of international publications. Some
of these include: ComputerWorld, AsiaTimes, TelecomAsia, YahooNews,
AsiaMiner and IndiaDaily. He is an Expert Panelist for CIO magazine
(US) and the Offshore Offsourcing Best Practices association in New
York. He is co-founder and current chairman of the
International ICT Awards, one of the largest gala events in the
Asia Pacific region.
Richard's extensive
career in Executive Search & Management Consulting includes 6 years
working throughout Asia and 9 years in Toronto. His clients are
multinational corporations for senior management positions. Of the
many international recruitment projects he worked on in the Asia
Pacific region, one was particularly noteworthy as it was reported
on national Korean television as the largest technical recruiting
venture in Korean history. The project was also a cover story for
ComputerWorld magazine throughout North America.
Richard has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Waterloo, Canada’s most prominent technical
post-secondary institution. He possesses the designation of
Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute with its world
head-quarters in Charlottesville, VA, USA.
Richard is a founder and past Prize Committee Chairperson of a
large charitable Dream Home Lottery corporation. During his
involvement, it was the largest fund raising event of its kind in
the country. Mr. Mills is also a former president of the largest
district of Crohn's Foundation of Canada.
John
Payne
Managing Partner

John Payne was formerly the CEO of Fastech Synergy, a leading electronics manufacturer
in the Asia Pacific region with upwards of 2000
employees. The company is listed on the Main Board of the Stock
Exchange of Singapore.
Prior to joining Fastech, John was concurrently President and
General Manager of the Philippine and Malaysian subsidiaries of
Integrated Device Technology. IDT is a Nasdaq-listed semiconductor
manufacturing organization whose shares are included in the
prominent S&P1000 Index. Before joining IDT, John served in
various senior management positions at Advanced Micro Devices
(AMD).
Mr.
Payne has 30 years of business experience, of which 20 years was
in senior management positions throughout the Asia Pacific region
and North America. He is a graduate of Brunel University in
London, England with a Bachelor of Technology (First
Class Honors).
André Lacaille
Managing
Partner

André Lacaille is a lifetime Human Resource professional with 20
years of career management experience. He has worked at the highest
levels within such organizations as Johnson & Johnson,
Rolls-Royce Canada and Noranda Mines (one of the world's largest natural resources
organizations during the time of his involvement).
His most recent role was VP of Global Recruitment and Professional
Development for SNC Lavalin, currently the world's largest engineering
firm.
As a member of management teams, André
acquired extensive experience in counseling and training managers
in personnel management techniques. His main areas of expertise
are recruiting, labour relations, staffing, remuneration,
benefits, training and health & safety.
André also has a
proven track record as a spokesperson at the bargaining table as
well as in implementing business objectives deployment
systems,
performance assessment systems and in
organizational development. He is a graduate of the
Université de Montréal
located in Montreal, Canada with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial
Relations.
Amy Chin 
Managing
Partner
Amy Chin was formerly
head of Human Resources & Administration for Tyco Singapore, a large multinational
organization with its head-office in the United States. She oversaw
a large division that managed a range of functions including: recruitment, compensation & benefits,
organizational development, expatriate management, payroll and administration.
Prior to Tyco, Amy was head of finance & accounting for another
large US multinational
called AMP Manufacturing that was later acquired by
Tyco.
Amy has a Bachelors degree from the University of Southern Queensland
(Australia) and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Curtin University
(Australia). She is also a certified Executive Coach.
Amy has managed executive search engagements for senior positions throughout the Asia Pacific region. Her primary
areas of focus are human resources, finance, IT and manufacturing.

Lim oversees our Singapore
branch office. She has over 10 years of executive search and
selection experience covering Singapore and China, specializing in
searches for R&D, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Human
