Chalre Associates enjoys a high reputation in the regions and industries it operates.  We have certain Standards of Practice that we adhere to.  
 

 

 

 

In general,

1. CLIENT INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL.  We will never use confidential information gained in the course of an assignment that would not serve the best interests of our clients.  We do not use client's names in sales presentations. 

2. We do not use passive methods such as job postings, job fairs, advertisements and unsolicited resumes to source our candidates. We actively source our candidates through direct methods. Only in this way can we ensure our more sophisticated clients access to the greatest number of stable, high-performing individuals available from their industry.

3. We will not recruit, or cause to be recruited, any person from a client organization except in rare instances when the client gives approval. Even if the client relationship should end, we will maintain a prohibition for an agreed period of time.

4. We offer a free replacement search guarantee as a standard part of our search agreement. 

5. Once engaged, we will not cease our search activities until the assignment is completed or the client instructs us to end.

6. We act as consultants to management.  We are not resume promotion agents.  As such, we are in the business of finding people for jobs rather than jobs for people.  We make progress charges to our clients for consulting work performed, rather than charge contingency placement fees.

7. We will only accept those assignments that we feel professionally competent to undertake.

8. We remain committed to our clients while they are doing business with us and after.  When the time comes that you are looking for career advice or a new job, expect us to support you. We actively promote our clients' businesses and careers. 

Our Standards of Practice are subject to some limitations and can be altered by contract.
